Housing Contracts
August 7, 2026: All students with completed contracts have been assigned. Please check your email and view your assignment via My Housing Information! Spring 2027 Contracts will start to be released in early November.

May 1, 2026: University Housing is no longer accepting Residence Hall Contracts for the 2026-27 academic year. Students without a submitted contract or exemption have been automatically exempted from the UWM Residency Requirement and may explore other housing options through the Off-Campus Resource Center.

University Housing remains full for Fall 2026, and we have not yet begun offering contracts to students on the residence hall waitlist. If you are still interested in living on campus, please join the waitlist through the Housing Portal. Contracts will be offered if spaces become available.

Bicycle Parking & Storage

Bike Lockers

(only available at Sandburg Hall)

Cycle-Safe bike lockers are secure and weatherproof lockers that are available to residents of University Housing. Each unit is keyed separately and is located next to South Tower in Sandburg Hall. 50 storage units are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Bike locker measurements: 31″w x 45″h x 68″d

Bike Racks

Within University Housing, bike racks are available at, or close to, the main entrances of our buildings and are located throughout campus for parking your bicycle while in use.

For secure storage of bicycles at our South Campus locations, parking garages at Cambridge Commons, RiverView Residence Hall, and Kenilworth Square Apartments offer bike racks for residents’ use. There is no additional fee. Request a space at your facility’s Service Desk.
