Housing Contracts
August 7, 2026: All students with completed contracts have been assigned. Please check your email and view your assignment via My Housing Information! Spring 2027 Contracts will start to be released in early November.

May 1, 2026: University Housing is no longer accepting Residence Hall Contracts for the 2026-27 academic year. Students without a submitted contract or exemption have been automatically exempted from the UWM Residency Requirement and may explore other housing options through the Off-Campus Resource Center.

University Housing remains full for Fall 2026, and we have not yet begun offering contracts to students on the residence hall waitlist. If you are still interested in living on campus, please join the waitlist through the Housing Portal. Contracts will be offered if spaces become available.

Camps & Conferences

Each summer, Residential Guest Services at UW-Milwaukee hosts many different camps. Our summer guests appreciate the convenience of staying on our diverse campus on Milwaukee’s vibrant East Side. UWM is located minutes away from museums, the Milwaukee lakefront and downtown, and many music and ethnic festivals.

Whether you are planning a meeting for five or a conference convention for 1,000, we are here to help you with all the logistics and planning of the event. Our facilities offer fitness centers, conference and meeting rooms, and recreational opportunities for our guests to enjoy. Our 24-hour Service and Security Desk operations keep our guests feel safe and secure.

Important Note: Summer Conferences are generally only booked from the end of May to the first Sunday in August to enable us to ready the building for our fall residents.
