Guest Housing
Residential Guest Services offers fully furnished, two-bedroom apartments with hotel-like service for both long- or short-term guest or group stays. Rooms include a TV, one full-sized bed per bedroom, bedroom and bathroom linens and personal use toiletries. The kitchen includes full-sized appliances, a kitchen island with stools, and pots and pans that can be provided upon request.
Guests of Kenilworth Guest Housing must meet one of the following requirements:
- Relationship with, or guest of, a campus department or organization
- UWM student over the age of 18
- Family member(s) of a currently enrolled UWM student
- UWM Alumni
- Current UWM faculty or staff member
* Children under the age of 17 can stay in Guest Housing for no more than two (2) total nights in a seven (7) day period.
** Pets are not allowed.

Groups larger than eight (8) guests will need to contact Residential Guest Services directly to inquire about accommodations. Email stay@uwm.edu or call us at (414) 229-0512.
All reservations are considered tentative until email confirmation has been received from Residential Guest Services. Once your request is process, we will contact you to arrange payment. A deposit of one night’s stay is required to hold your reservation.
Check-in is at 3 pm on the day of arrival. All guests must vacate by 11 am on the day of the departure.
Kenilworth Square Apartments
Each suite is composed of two separate bedrooms, each with a capacity of two people, along with a kitchen/seating area and a bathroom. Each bedroom offers a large closet area just off the entrance, as well as a full-size bed, dresser, two bedside tables, a desk and a TV. Linens (bed and bath) and personal toiletries are also provided. Kitchens are equipped with normal appliances (stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave) along with a kitchen island/counter and stools. Cookware and utensils are available upon request. The complex is fully air conditioned and non-smoking.

Staff can also assist with additional linens, ethernet cables, and drink and snack purchases from the lobby lounge area.

Around the City: Milwaukee County Transit routes to look for are Green Line, 30, 21, and 15.
