The UWM Honors College encourages all faculty and staff to examine how systemic racism shapes their behaviors, mindsets, and practices in order to become more effective advocates for antiracism. The Honors faculty and staff strive to promote, maintain, participate in, and constantly self-educate about equitable and antiracist practices. To complement our inclusive classroom practices and in-house writing philosophy, we arrange conversations and collaborations to continue learning.
