The Helen Bader Institute for Nonprofit Management is constantly working to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness in the Greater Milwaukee area through community initiatives and organizational capacity building projects. These projects can include:
- providing technical assistance and other management support
- offering information services to local nonprofit organizations
- increasing public awareness of the importance of effective nonprofit management & leadership
