To date 61 nonprofit organizations have received IT assistance and 200 students have participated.  Nonprof-IT provides nonprofits in the Milwaukee area with Information Technology solutions and support.  In return, UWM students gain real world experience working on project teams, provide technology solutions, and receive credits toward graduation while developing a passion for service.

Projects types include website creation and re-design, social media assistance and campaigns, graphic design, and technology assessment.  Projects are undertaken during the University’s fall and spring semesters each academic year.  Interested nonprofit organizations and UW-Milwaukee students are encouraged to apply for this one-of-a-kind opportunity.
