The Wisconsin Nonprofit Summit 2024, with the theme “Adapting and Thriving: Nonprofits in the New Normal,” will explore how nonprofit organizations can navigate through unprecedented change and remain resilient in the face of global challenges. The theme reflects nonprofits’ agility and determination during the COVID-19 pandemic and the evolving social justice demands. The summit will explore how nonprofits can adapt to this new reality and thrive, turning challenges into growth, impact, and sustainability opportunities. The summit aims to inspire nonprofit leaders, volunteers, and stakeholders to take action.
Sponsored by the Helen Bader Institute for Nonprofit Management at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, the summit will provide a platform for sharing experiences, strategies, and tools that have enabled organizations to navigate these turbulent times effectively. Discussions will focus on innovative approaches to fundraising, community engagement, remote work, and digital transformation, among others. The summit will also highlight the importance of mental health and well-being, diversity and inclusion, and environmental sustainability in building resilient organizations.
By bringing together a diverse group of voices and perspectives, the Wisconsin Nonprofit Summit 2024 aims to inspire and equip attendees to lead their organizations confidently and effectively in this new era of nonprofit management.
