Human Resources Management BBA
Human resources professionals make sure that their organizations have the necessary talent — the right people — to make the company successful and help it grow. Human resources management includes identifying, recruiting, and selecting new employees, providing training and development for employees, and administering compensation and benefits plans, among other objectives.
Today’s business environment is highly competitive, and companies want to attract and keep the best people. After all, people are at the center of every organization’s ability to succeed.
The Lubar College’s Human Resources Management major will prepare you for an entry-level human resources generalist or specialist position through a curriculum that covers the core of human resources, including staffing, compensation, diversity, training and development, and labor relations.
