Dr. Cheng’s research focuses on the role of intangible assets in shaping firm strategies in the context of international expansion, inter-firm collaboration, and top management.
Dr. Cheng is a member of the Academy of Management, Academy of International Business, and the Strategic Management Society, the Southern Management Association, and the International Association for Chinese Management Research. His work has been published in the Journal of Business Ethics and presented at various academic conferences.
