Dr. Ren's research interests focus on understanding the complexities of cross-cultural organizational behavior and human resource management issues at multiple levels. Her specific research foci include cross-cultural conflict management, cross-cultural adjustment for those individuals on international assignments, cultural diversity and networks within teams, and international joint venture performance.
Dr. Ren is a member of the Academy of Management, the Academy of International Business, and the American Psychological Association.
