Performance Opportunities

There are more than 20 student performing groups at UWM, including the Brass Choir, Collegium Musicum, Jazz Ensemble, Music From Almost Yesterday, Contemporary Music Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble, Symphony Band, Symphony Orchestra, University Band, University Choir, Wind Ensemble, and numerous chamber groups.

Professional Training

The BFA in Music Performance is designed to prepare students for professional performing careers and studio teaching. The goal of the program is to graduate students who are expert performers and knowledgeable music scholars.
