Anthony LoCoco is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the Chief Legal Counsel & Direct of Oversight at the Institute for Reforming Government in Madison, WI. Rebecca Markert is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School and the Legal Director for the Freedom from Religion Foundation.
