This includes considerable disruptions in nonprofit finance, directly affecting revenue streams and cash flow. Nonprofits have often faced financial uncertainty, but the scope of current matters requires honing tools and techniques to weather the current crisis. The Helen Bader Institute (HBI) for Nonprofit Management at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee (UWM) offers this online workshop series to provide tools and training that can help nonprofit managers better deal with current financial uncertainties.

This workshop is offered entirely online each month to a cohort of nonprofit leaders. Participants are allowed three weeks to complete four self-paced learning modules.
