Alternative Giving Meal

Join us for our Alternative Giving Meal on Wednesday, November 15th from 3-5pm in the American Indian Student Lounge (Merrill 148). Coming together in community, we reflect on what gratitude means through Indigenous lenses of kinship and responsibility. Through traditional foods (plus pie!), we think differently about the American metanarrative surrounding Thanksgiving and how Indigenous communities experience erasure through its perpetuation.
