For 77 years, Holiday Folk Fair International has been celebrating cultures from all over the world through the mediums of dance, food, crafts, and more. This year, due to COVID-19, the festival has been made virtual. Their website has many different presentations and performances from around the world, including folkloric and Aztec dancing from youth and adult groups, and a Mexican cooking demonstration, where Mexican Fiesta volunteer Margarita Sandoval Skare teaches us how to make her mother’s tortilla recipe.
