Freedom in the Black Diaspora: A Resource Guide for Ayiti Reimagined

The Library of Congress has a collection of research guides to help direct your students through different topics. One of which, Freedom in the Black Diaspora: A Resource Guide for Ayiti Reimagined, “answers a recent call to action in Haitian studies to engage historical sources in centering Haitian cultural and historical contributions to Black liberation movements in the United States and Latin America.” They have 36 more guides in their Caribbean, Iberian, and Latin American Studies section spanning a variety of countries and communities.
