The Biological Sciences Department will be hosting the second seminar for the geneticist position on Thursday March 8th. Candidate, Dr. Leila Rieder of Brown University’s Department of Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, and Biochemistry will present a talk entitled “One Protein to Find Them and in the Nucleus Bind Them: Molecular Mechanisms to Coordinate Gene Expression in Drosophila”. Dr. Rieder’s presentation will take place in Lubar Hall S195 at 4:00pm. Please join us for refreshments outside of the lecture hall starting at 3:30pm.
