Pachoua Lor grew up in Holmen, WI. She holds a Bachelor of Science from UW-La Crosse in Sociology and Ethnic Racial Studies. In 2019, Pachoua earned her Master of Science in Higher Education Administration at UW-Milwaukee. As Retention Technology Manager, Pachoua serves as the primary application and content administrator for Navigate360 and Mainstay (Pounce the ChatBot). Prior to her role in the Student Success Center, Pachoua was a Multicultural Student Success Coach in the Southeast Asian American Student Center and Graduate Assistant for Fund for Wisconsin Scholars grant program. Outside of the office, she enjoys learning about skincare, reading on her Kindle, and spending time outdoors with her husband.
