Regents University Staff Excellence Awards

In addition to the UWM University Staff Excellence Awards, there are the Universities of Wisconsin Regents University Staff Excellence Awards.

The purpose of the Regents University Staff Excellence Awards is to recognize the dedicated work, vital services, initiative, and outstanding contributions of university staff throughout the Universities of Wisconsin.

Two awards of $7,500 each will be made to university staff members in recognition
of their exceptional service to the university. One award of $7,500 will be made to a
program staffed primarily by university staff in recognition of their important role in
supporting the mission, priorities, or programs of the university. The Regents
University Staff Excellence Awards Committee will select the award recipients.

On Behalf of the Universities of Wisconsin Regents, the UWM University Staff Awards Committee will review submissions and forward them to UWM Campus Administration for final submission to the Universities of Wisconsin Regents who review nominations from all of the campuses.

If you would like to submit a nomination please send to the UWM University Staff Awards committee by 4:30 p.m. on March 29, 2024 so that the committee can review and forward the nomination.    All materials should be sent to us-awards@uwm.edu
