UWM explains: juvenile justice issues tied to Slender Man case

Tina Freiburger, author of the soon-to-be-released book “Race and Ethnicity in the Juvenile Justice System,” discusses the juvenile justice issues raised by Waukesha’s ongoing Slender Man case. The upcoming adult trial of two 13-year-olds who attempted to kill a classmate to please the fictional horror character is being watched by juvenile justice reform advocates nationwide.
