The Department of Linguistics offers master’s and doctoral degrees and a graduate certificate in Adult/University-Level Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).
Students may coordinate the TESOL certificate with their master’s and/or doctoral studies.

All new applicants to graduate programs in Linguistics are automatically considered for TA-ship support. Continuing students who wish to be considered should submit the following form by Jan. 10 for TA-ships that begin the following fall:
