Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reporters Devi Shastri and Talis Shelbourne (a recent JAMS alum) shared experiences and advice with students in September as part of the JAMS Career Connections Speaker Series.

 

Throughout the semester, professionals in advertising, public relations, communications and journalism are coming to campus to meet students, answer questions and discuss career opportunities. In October, WISN-TV Chief Photojournalist Jason Hunter offered tips on interviewing, shooting video and editing under deadline. Future events will focus on internships and portfolio preparation.
