Project Design and Construction
- Design space remodels requested by a department
- Oversee major and small project repairs and renovations
Trades and Stores
- The Carpenter Shop is involved in cabinetry, hardware repairs, flooring systems, remodeling, and the installation of white boards and pictures.
- The Electric Shop provides services such as electrical systems, fire alarms, and the installation of security systems.
- The Facility Repair Shop oversees classroom seating repairs, in addition to shades and blinds.
- The Lock Shop processes key requests.
- The Mechanical Shop handles heating, venting and air conditioning systems repairs.
- The Paint Shop is responsible for painting and staining across campus.
- The Plumbing Shop addresses water supply and drains systems, sprinkler systems, and processes piping.
- The Preventative Maintenance Shop provides preventive maintenance on all departmental and facility related equipment. They are also responsible for HVAC maintenance, sign making, and overseeing various compliance issues.
