Facilities Planning & Management

Facilities Planning & Management (FPM) supports UWM’s campus-built environment through the oversight and management of the capital budget, facility management including heating and cooling operations, sustainability, reuse/recycling/surplus/waste management, transportation services, parking operations, space management, capital project management, environmental and laboratory safety, research compliance, and risk management. The five FPM departments oversee key resources and functions that support UWM’s mission.
