Episode 3: Tourism

In this podcast, we discuss different aspects of tourism and the impact of globalization on local cultures and economies. We talk about the ways in which American tourists are perceived by residents of common tourist destinations. Then we recognize the positive and negative impacts that international tourism has on local economies. Finally, we acknowledge some of the ways we all can be more conscious of our surroundings when traveling abroad.
