2023 Milwaukee Film Festival

The Program in French at UWM and the French Film Festival are partnering with the 2023 Milwaukee Film Festival on two francophone films.

  1. NOTRE PÈRE, LE DIABLE (OUR FATHER, THE DEVIL)

  2. FALCON LAKE
    Charlotte Le Bon / Canada, France / 2022 / 100 min / French, English with English subtitles. Bastien, 13, is spending the summer with his family at a lake cabin in Quebec. Introverted and slightly lost, he’s drawn to a local legend of a young ghost haunting the lake. When Chloe, a socially adept 16-year-old, arrives, a glazed melancholy and transgressive magic sets in as they form a bond. Oriental Theatre on 4/24 @ 6:45pm & Times Cinema on 5/3 @ 6:30pm
