Research Interests
Tropical coastal ecosystem connectivity processes from a broad perspective including hydrological, biological, and ecological interconnections. Structural and functional aspects of mangrove and coral reef ecosystems. The role of human disturbance in shaping the structure and function of tropical coastal ecosystems and fringe mangrove restoration as a strategy to reverse human and natural impacts.
