Atmospheric Science Open House

If you’re interested in studying weather or climate, join us at the UWM Atmospheric Science Open House event on Friday, October 13!
Representatives from The Climate Consensus, American Meteorological Society chapter, and Atmospheric Science Club student organizations will share opportunities for involvement.
You’ll hear about the academic programs from our internationally renowned faculty. Our academic advisor will be available to answer any questions you may have, including the admissions process. Learn about undergraduate research and our Mexico Atmospheric Science: Air Pollution & Ancient Cultures study abroad course.
Enjoy a tour of our Great Lakes Research Facility in Milwaukee’s Harbor District, where our research takes place, and learn more about your opportunities as an Atmospheric Science student.
Join us and learn how UWM’s Atmospheric Science program prepares students for employment in all traditional areas of the field as well as related areas such as risk assessment, big data, communications, and emergency management!
