Courtney Draggon (she/her) will present “A Conversation on the Future of the National Weather Service” in a colloquium hosted by the Atmospheric Science Club at UWM.

Courtney Draggon (she/her) is the Director of the Office of Organizational Excellence at the National Weather Service (NWS). In this role, she leads and manages NWS transformation by applying big-picture, strategic thinking to agency priorities, leading the agency’s change management process, fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace, strengthening employee engagement, organizational health and culture, and expanding connections with external enterprise stakeholders.
