Capstone Integrated Management Project – Lubar College of Business

Spanning the final 8 months of the program, each project challenges student-led consulting teams to work with a local non-profit organization or corporation to develop solutions to real-world strategic challenges. Your team is responsible for setting clear expectations, creating project goals, implementing a plan, assessing results, reporting on outcomes, and providing recommendations to the organization’s leadership.

The capstone Integrated Management Project is core to your Executive MBA experience at the Lubar College of Business, tying together the strategic themes in the curriculum with the talent and experience that the executive-level students bring to the table. It also aligns with the Lubar College’s commitment to connecting and contributing to our community.
