Direct Application through Integrated Management Project

A key feature of the Lubar EMBA is the opportunity to work with a team of your classmates on the capstone Integrated Management Project —  an 8-month, real-world, applied project in which you will collaborate and consult on strategic projects with our partner companies and under the guidance of an EMBA faculty member.

International Residency

The EMBA International Residency provides you with the opportunity to explore international management issues through a ten-day study trip that features meetings with management teams of overseas companies and focused seminars related to international management topics. It also includes an introduction to business practices and cultural offerings of the countries on your itinerary. Recent residencies have taken students to Brazil, Vietnam, Kuala Lampur, China, South  Korea and Hong Kong. The international trip is included in your program fees.

Executive MBA Alumni Mentoring Program

We want you to learn outside of the classroom, not just inside of it. Our staff will pair you with a successful EMBA alum mentor who can serve as a sounding board and professional confidante regarding your professional journey.
