If you are 19 years of age and older and a Milwaukee County resident, you are eligible to apply for EOC services. Special consideration for admission into the program is given to applicants who are economically disadvantaged and have parents or guardians who did not graduate from a four year college.

To register for the EOC program you need to complete the EOC Application. Make sure you sign the form at the bottom of the first page. You can complete the EOC application by doing any one of the options below:

3. Call our office at (414) 229-2917 and request an application be mailed to you. We will need your name, full address, and zip code and a phone number where you can be reached. An EOC self-addressed stamped return envelope will be sent to you with the application.
4. You can also visit our office in Mitchell Hall Room 106 on the UWM campus (see map below) during our work hours to complete the EOC Application and talk to an EOC advisor. We are open Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. – 5:30 P.M.
