Project Background:
In 2019 UWM IT began a major telephony project for UWM – uniting all communication tools under one platform (Microsoft 365) and migrating our telephone lines to Microsoft Teams for UWM faculty and staff. Throughout this journey, UWM IT successfully transferred 3,560 landline phone numbers to Microsoft Teams. The project is now complete.
