Spring Break 2024 – Call Center Will Be Closed

The Help Desk will be closed during Spring Break from Saturday, March 16th through Saturday, March 23rd.  Normal Help Desk hours resume on Sunday, March 24th.

If you need assistance during this time, please submit a Help Desk incident by clicking on the “Get Help” button on the linked web page. All urgent requests will be sent to designated IT Staff.  To help keep things running smoothly, please refrain from sending multiple requests for the same issue.

Self-Service: UWM KnowledgeBase

The UWM KnowledgeBase empowers users to find answers to their questions. The KnowledgeBase contains a wide variety of searchable information, including technical documents, directions, policies, and procedures.

In-Person Help

“Walk-in” services are available at the Learning Commons Technology Desk in the Golda Meir Library and may also be scheduled in BOL 225 on an as-needed basis. However, please note that the Golda Meir Technology Desk may not be staffed all hours that the library is open.

To avoid any inconvenience, please call the UWM Help Desk or submit the online support form. Once we have discussed your issue and have determined that in-person assistance is needed, you will be directed to one of the walk-in locations.

Classroom Services
Classroom services provides multimedia equipment, training, and support to those using general assignment classrooms.

Classroom Services offers many solutions to address the varying technical needs of collegiate instruction and for other campus-related departmental events. Set-up and use of audio-visual equipment is provided free-of-charge for credit classes. To request equipment please fill out the Audio/Visual Equipment Request Form.
