Before submitting your request, please note:
1.) For-credit courses: AV delivery/set-up requests must be submitted at least one business day in advance.
2.) Non-credit courses, workshops, seminars, and meetings: AV delivery/set-up requests must be placed at least three business days in advance.
3.) Student organizations: please contact Event Services for AV equipment reservations.
4.) Non-credit courses, workshops, seminars, and meetings: fees may apply to your request.
5.) Pick-up requests: requests must be picked up and returned by the individual listed on the submission form.
6.) Requests for equipment that utilize recordable media (i.e. SD cards) must supply their own recordable media.
