| Prospective Student Statistics (Prostat) | Used to be run the first day of the month. After implementation of the Talisma CRM system, the last run was Feb 1, 2012. Data is retained in the Warehouse for historical purposes. |

| Statistical Master (StatMaster) | To reflect 10th day of classes; run upon Resource Analysis request, usually the 6th week for fall and spring terms, end of August for summer. |
| Student Demo Snapshots | Tenth day of the Spring and Fall term. Also, two weeks after the end of the term. |
| Student Group Snapshots | Tenth day of the Spring and Fall term. The first day of the Winterim term. the first day of the eight week session of the Summer term. |

| Campus Community | All people are selected; only the current effective dated information is selected. This is refreshed weeknights. 3Cs Date = 1900-01-01. |
| Admissions | All Applicants are selected. Only the current effective dated information is selected. This is refreshed weeknights. |
| Records | Students are selected if they have a term activation row within the last 5 years. Once the students are chosen, all data in the Records module for those students are selected. PAWS data starts Spring 1984. Generally, term activation occurs when the student is active in an academic program for that term. Only the current effective dated information is selected. This is refreshed weeknights. |
| History Records | Students are selected for all terms in production PAWS (which starts with Spring 1984). Only the current effective dated information is selected. This is refreshed each Saturday. |
| Student Financials | All current effective dated Student Financial information is selected. This is refreshed weeknights. |
| Financial Aid | 5 years of aid are selected. Aid year selection is changed in October per Financial Aid direction. This is refreshed weeknights. |
