Allisa Sikes graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. In addition to her nursing degree, she also has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Nursing - Nurse Educator. Her nursing career has been in the emergency room and hospice. Currently, in addition to her full-time teaching duties at UWM, Allisa works as a nurse in the emergency department at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center.
