Students begin returning to residence halls
The first of more than 3,100 students who will be living in UWM residence halls this year started moving in on Saturday. That’s a substantial increase over last year.

Patricia Borger, who has served at UWM’s vice chancellor of development and alumni relations since 2008, has announced her retirement. Borger will stay on until January of 2022 to give the university time to hire her successor, who will lead its next fundraising campaign.
