Location
The Mobilizing the Past workshop will take place at Wentworth Institute of Technology (550 Huntington Ave, Boston, MA) located across the street from the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston in the Fenway region of downtown Boston. The Wentworth campus map is accessible here.
Hotel
Workshop speakers are scheduled to stay at The Lenox Hotel in Copley Square. However, there are several other hotels in the Copley Square and Fenway area that are within an easy subway ride (Green Line E,MFA Stop) of the Wentworth campus.
Public Transportation and Parking
Using the subway or other forms of public transit to reach Wentworth is highly encouraged since there is an extreme lack of parking in the Fenway area in general. The main subway line stop for Wentworth is the Green Line (Green Line E, MFA Stop).There is no parking officially set aside for the workshop, although the MFA parkade is located nearby and there are some local street meters depending on availability.
