Congratulations to our graduate students who completed their degree requirements in August!

Kate Pauls (left) completed her PhD and Ryan Matzuk (right) completed his MS (both wearing virtual graduation hats).

Kate Pauls’s dissertation was titled “Late Paleozoic climatic reconstruction of western Argentina: glacial extent and deglaciation of southwestern Gondwana” and her advisor was John Isbell.

Ryan Matzuk’s thesis was titled “Water Chemistry and Lake Dynamics of Laguna Bacalar, Quintana Roo, Mexico” and his advisor was Tim Grundl.
