Sample Four-Year Plan

There are hundreds of courses that satisfy various requirements, and courses in the major can be used. For example, Comm 103 counts as a Humanities general education and breadth course.

This sample shows just one possible pathway to earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication major and a bachelor of arts degree in four years.

This sample assumes you took no foreign language in high school and that your placement test scores were sufficient to start in college-level math and English. This sample also assumes that you maintain an average credit load of 15 credits per semester, and that you began your college education in Fall of 2013 or later. If you started college coursework prior to Fall of 2013, your degree requirements may be different. Your schedule may look very different depending on your specific circumstances. Please consult your advisor to find the schedule that best meets your needs.
