I conduct qualitative and critical research on the structures of identity and power in organizations and social institutions.

Independent Consulting (2019-2022). Owner of private practice providing 1×1 and small business start up coaching as well as consulting services focused on strategic planning, client journey-mapping, and process efficiencies. Two published works, a memoir and a children’s book, released in 2023 with Eight Limbs Press.
Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company (2000-2020) Private sector experience creating Leadership and Diversity and Inclusion programs, consulting with executives, and implementing national strategies for process improvements and organizational change.
