Research Interest
My research focuses on organizational communications, focusing on women in leadership and the role gendered expectations communications play. I am also interested in interpersonal communication, specifically long-distance marital relationships.
My previous research focused on a narrative analysis of the Spanish Flu with its similarities to COVID-19.

Professional Experience
I am a trained marketing communication professional who is passionate about public service and community impact. I have a decade of experience managing teams, tasks, and projects for non-profit and for-profit settings. I worked as an administrative officer and community liaison for a large community non-profit organization in a suburb of Tema-Accra, Ghana. I previously worked as a contracted census officer for the Ghana Statistical Services, a local government finance person, a customer care associate for a leading telecommunication firm, a sales intern for a prominent Ghanaian bank, a volunteer for Compassion International Ghana, and an entrepreneur.
