Adding Users

Prior to Making Request

All new users must complete the online FERPA training and pass the FERPA quiz:

Requesting User Addition

Requests to add new users can be submitted to Please include the following information:

  • Full first and last name
  • ePantherID
  • Whether the user is a permanent or student employee
  • Team membership for new user

Requests should be made by a permanent staff member, preferably the new user’s supervisor.
