The UWM Symphony Orchestra invites you to the final concert of the fall semester. The evening will feature UWM’s cello professor, Dr. Stefan Kartman, performing Elgar’s Cello Concerto, a deeply moving and revered work in the cello repertoire. Under the direction of Jun Kim, the orchestra will also perform Mozart’s Symphony No. 35, the Haffner Symphony, a piece celebrated for its graceful energy and timeless elegance.

Experience the Pop Ensemble's magic as talented students transform classic Pop, Rock, and Folk melodies into fresh, innovative renditions that'll leave you on the edge of your seat! Each song is a masterpiece crafted by small groups of students, igniting the stage with their passion and creativity!

The New Music Ensemble will perform works by contemporary and living composers. This eclectic musical group will also perform compositions for chamber ensembles and large ensembles mixing winds, brass, and percussion. Featured pieces are by student composers from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Students enrolled in Interactive Electronic Music, representing UW-MESS (UWM Electroacoustic Sound Studios), will showcase their final projects in a concert featuring all-new works of interactive electronic music!
