From Cact-I to Cact-Us will engage students to consider different aspects of healthy and unhealthy relationships. We will examine how self-esteem affects relationships, how to acknowledge our own behaviors in relationships, how to notice toxic friendships and navigate them, learn the importance of boundaries and how to effectively set them, and brainstorm ways to enhance relationships by tailoring our actions to individual needs within a relationship.
