Sociology Alumna Erin Grunze

Erin Grunze (’03, MA Sociology) was appointed the next executive director of the League of Women Voters of Wisconsin. She takes over the position from the previous director, Andrea Kaminski, on Jan. 1, 2018.

Cary Costello is recognized as the Chancellor’s LGBT+ Champion of the Year on October 11, 2017. The Department of Sociology’s Associate Professor Costello is the Coordinator of the LGBT Studies Program at UWM.
