UWM now offers a simpler process to verify your identity to get back into your account if you forget your password. This update allows you to reset your password without calling the UWM Help Desk.
Also, new UWM account holders will enter an alternate non-UWM email address when activating their account.
As part of this change, only one multi-factor authentication method is required for password recovery.
