Race, Justice and Power Undergraduate Conference is Feb. 23

The 2nd annual Race, Justice and Power Undergraduate Conference — a day of research, creativity and exploration of issues pertaining to racial justice — will be Friday, Feb. 23, from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. in the Lubar Entrepreneurship Center.

The conference, hosted by the Honors Equity Team and UWM Student Involvement, will feature keynote speaker Judge Derek Mosley, who will give a talk on “Blacks in History.” Directly following, undergraduate students will present work from 12:45-3 p.m. and a follow-up discussion from 3-4 p.m.
