Save the date and join in on the festivities as the Milwaukee Athletic Department hosts the second annual Milwaukee Athletics Tailgate at Miller Park on Saturday, May 11.
The UWM baseball team will be playing in its annual contest at Miller Park, hosting Oakland, while student-athlete success will be celebrated off the field with festivities surrounding the Black & Gold Scholarship Fundraiser.
The tailgate will take place at Miller Park in the SKYY Lounge located on the PNC Club Level, prior to the contest, which is scheduled for 3 p.m. The tailgate itself will run for the two hours prior, kicking off at 1 p.m.
Events scheduled include the opportunity to meet members of the coaching staffs of all sport programs, a silent auction and a student-athlete panel answering guest questions with emcee Wayne Larrivee.
Festivities also include a celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Milwaukee baseball team defeating No. 1 Rice in the 1999 NCAA Tournament.

RSVP deadline is Tuesday, May 7. Admission is $30 for adults, $15 for children (17 and under) and includes a tailgate-style buffet, two drink tickets, parking and admission to the game. Tables of 10 are $250.
